The use of our assessment increases the ability of students to accurately recognize one's own emotions, thoughts, values, and how they influence behavior (Self-Awareness). The ability to successfully regulate one's emotions thoughts and behaviors is possible through the deep awareness of themselves, discovered in the assessment, and the practical application and self reflection made available through our curriculum in the classroom (Self-Management). The application of the assessment school-wide promotes common language and understanding of each other (Social-Awareness).
